The 11th annual Professional Hospice and Palliative Care Conference is for health care professionals and members of the general public who do any or all of the following:

  • Work in hospice
  • Want to learn more about hospice and palliative care and gain a deeper understanding of why it is so important
  • Want to earn CEUs or CMEs (through Timpanogos Regional Hospital and BYU)
